How long does delivery take once I place an order?

Your computers are cheaper than high street stores, does this mean they won't perform as well?
Operating online means that we have lower over-heads such as the high costs of renting a shop. We pass on these savings to our customers, hence our prices are hundreds of pounds lower than the high street.. If you were to run bench marking tests with one of our computers vs the equivalent specified computer from the high street, the performance would be equal or higher - despite our lower costs.
Will I void my warranty if I open a computer case and install my own hardware?
Providing you install these correctly and don't damage the hardware supplied by us then you are free to install additional hardware in a custom built computer from us. This freedom only applies to custom built PCs that we manufacture. Pre-built PCs supplied by other manufacturers such as ZoomStorm, Acer, HP etc do not allow the same freedom without voiding the warranty. Finally, we cannot guarantee that any hardware you install will be compatible with the hardware supplied by us and you do so at entirely your own risk.
Is the software sold by you legitimate?
We only sell genuine and legitimate software licenses. All software purchased from us will be supplied in its original sealed condition along with all documentation and license certificates. When you purchase a copy of Windows Operating System, along with a PC we will pre-install it with all software drivers so that it is ready to use upon delivery.
