Paying by Cheque
If you wish to pay for an order by cheque our bank details are provided once you place an order. To pay by cheque, you can either:
- Place a cheque into our company bank account.
- Post a cheque to us through the post.
We will process your order as soon as we receive your cheque and the balance has cleared into our bank account. Your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for cheques to clear.
If you choose to deposit a cheque into our bank account, you will need to write your order number on the back of the cheque, note you must ask the cashier to use the order number as a reference on the payment so we can easily identify the payment in our account.
If you choose to post a cheque to us at our address below, you only need to write your order number and full name on the back of the cheque and post it to us. We recommend sending it first class so that we can process your payment quicker.

| Paying by Bank Transfer (BACS)
If you wish to pay for your order by a bank transfer our bank details are provided once you place an order. A bank transfer is a free and secure method of paying as the money is transferred directly from your bank to ours. To pay by BACS:
- Call your bank and ask to arrange for a funds transfer to our account.
- Transfer the funds using online banking.
- Take the cash into any branch of our bank and ask for the cash to be deposited into our account.
If you decide to pay by bank transfer (BACS), you simply need to transfer the funds to our bank account number and sort code. Please include your order number as a reference on the payment. Please do not write "order xxxxx", you only need to write the actual order number - i.e. "442448". BACs payments usually clear instantly into our account or no later than the next working day.
If you are paying from an international account, you will need to ask your bank to make the payment in British Pounds (GBP) because otherwise we may not receive the correct amount. Orders will only be processed once the exact order amount has been received.
