Refund Policy

Brand New Hardware Items

We offer a standard 14 refund policy across all brand new items sold from our online store. Provided the item is in it's original unopened packaging and the original packaging has not been damaged in anyway. Hardware items include PCs, Laptops, Monitors, Printers, Network devices such as routers, switches, WiFi APs etc. If the device has been opened/used or the box is damaged then no refund will be available. Please refer to our warranty section for advice on faulty items.

Ex-Display & Refurbished Items

No refund is available for ex-display or refurbished items. In the event of a fault please refer to the warranty section for advice on repairs.

Software Items

Only software that remains in it's original sealed/unopened packaging will be available for a refund subject to our standard 14 day refund policy as set out above. Any software that is downloadable or activated will not be available for a refund at all. If you are having issues using or installing software purchased from us please contact us for assistance within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 day period you will need to contact the software vendor, unless the software has been developed by us.


Once a service has been activated or rendered - no refund will be available. However an alternative service may be offered at the discretion of the management and solely dependent on the nature of the service. Services refer to Server hosting/advertising, cloud backup, SEO, Broadband, VOIP, Installations, Website Design, IT Support/Consultancy and any services that do not fall under physical goods.
